Job Summary:

We are looking for a CA Intermediate / CA Fresher / Articleship candidate to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in audit, accounting, reconciliation, documentation, and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pass accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, and bills.
- Handle petty cash and daily cash reconciliation.
- Support bank reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accounting documents and records systematically.




- Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills:

- Assist in internal and statutory audit activities.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, financial records, and supporting documents..
- Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and reports.
- Assist in account reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
- Support accounting and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper finance and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and information.
- Perform other Finance & Accounts tasks as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA Intermediate passed or appeared candidates can apply.
- CA Freshers can apply.
- Candidates who have completed their CA Articleship are eligible.
- Candidates looking to pursue CA Articleship may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
