We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in bulk hiring of Blue & Grey Collar employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- 70% Recruitment – Bulk hiring, sourcing, screening & joining
- 30% HR Operations – Employee coordination, documentation & attendance
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for frontline workforce
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely joining
Required:
✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience
✔ Experience in Blue & Grey Collar hiring is mandatory
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
