- Supervision of meter reading, meter replacement and other commercial field activities.
- Planning and allocation of daily jobs/routes to field teams.
- Monitoring daily productivity and achievement against assigned targets.
- Verification of meter and consumer details before replacement.
- Supervision of old meter removal and current meter installation.
- Verification of meter number, initial/final reading, seals and photographs.
- Monitoring of meter replacement quality and adherence to approved procedures.
- Monitoring of defective, damaged, tampered, burnt and inaccessible meter cases.
- Resolution of technical and commercial field issues.
- Coordination with AEML field personnel for operational requirements.
- Verification of completed, pending, failed and unsuccessful jobs.
- Monitoring of consumer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.




- Supervision of field teams during consumer visits.
- Monitoring of field data captured through mobile applications.
- Checking accuracy of photographs, GPS/location and job completion records.
- Monitoring of material issued to field teams and ensuring proper utilization.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Submission of daily activity, productivity and exception reports.
- Escalation of critical field issues to the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
