About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer rollouts.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Stay updated on current recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
