Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Location: SR Nagar, Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle Business Analyst Fresher & Experienced candidates.

* Identify suitable job opportunities and coordinate candidate placements

* Market candidates to potential clients and recruitment partners

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Handle client requirements and understand job descriptions

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

* Provide career guidance and placement support to students/candidates

* Prepare and create Hiring Posts / Recruitment Posters

* Post job openings and candidate requirements on LinkedIn and other platforms

* Source and maintain a robust candidate database





* Follow up regularly with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements

* Achieve placement and recruitment targets

Skills Required :

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of **Bench Sales / Recruitment / Staffing

* Understanding of Business Analyst roles and requirements

* Good LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills

* Client handling and relationship management

* Candidate counseling and career guidance skills

* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines

* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Worksheets

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
