Job Description – Heat Treatment Engineer

Position: Heat Treatment Engineer
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgical)

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor heat treatment processes such as hardening, tempering, annealing, and normalizing.

· Maintain furnace parameters including temperature, soaking time, and quenching conditions.

· Conduct hardness testing and quality inspections.

· Identify and resolve heat treatment defects.

· Maintain process records and quality documentation.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills Required:

· Basic knowledge of heat treatment and metallurgy.

· Understanding of hardness testing methods.

· Ability to read engineering drawings.

· Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Industry: Automotive, Forging, Casting, Engineering Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
