About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI agents and enterprise applications. This is a hybrid role that demands deep technical expertise in up-to-date AI ecosystems alongside exceptional communication skills. You will not only build complex, production-ready AI systems but also serve as a key technical liaison—translating complex AI concepts for clients, gathering requirements, and producing crystal-clear technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Engineering:

- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI applications from scratch.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines tailored to specific business use cases.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost within production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise software and workflows.

Communication & Client Facing:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading meetings to gather requirements, scope projects, and present technical solutions clearly and confidently.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical architectures and explain complex AI mechanics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with internal product managers, developers, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals.

Documentation & Process:

- Create and maintain comprehensive, high-quality technical documentation, including system architectures, API specifications, and user manuals.




- Draft clear client proposals, progress reports, and post-deployment handover documents.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and system documentation within the AI engineering team.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

- Experience: 4+ years in Software Engineering with at least 1-2+ years of hands-on, proven experience building and deploying AI applications, LLM integrations, or AI agents in production.
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with Node.js or TypeScript.
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
- Models & APIs: Deep understanding of commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Cloud & Deployment: Experience deploying scalable applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure, utilizing Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Communication & Soft Skills:

- Language: Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English. Must be able to articulate complex ideas smoothly and professionally.
- Client-Facing Experience: Proven track record of interacting directly with clients, managing expectations, and delivering technical presentations.
- Documentation: Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of past documentation (system designs, readmes, whitepapers, or client briefs).

Preferred Qualifications

- A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing personal or open-source contributions to AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools (Streamlit, Gradio, or Next.js) to build quick proof-of-concepts for clients.
- Previous experience in a consulting, agency, or fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
