SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

* Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.

* Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content, and Marketing teams.

* Create engaging content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and brand goals.

* Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.

* Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.

* Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.





* Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for continuous growth.

* Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity.

* Use AI and social media tools to improve content creation and productivity.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.

* Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms.

* Excellent communication, creativity, and content planning skills.

* Knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns is an advantage.

* Healthcare, Dermatology, Beauty, or Wellness industry experience is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
