Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development & Outreach Manager to expand our local network, develop institutional partnerships, and drive student enrollment and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and agents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and clients.

Plan and execute outreach campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

Generate new business and enrollment opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Expand the company's local network and market presence.

Counsel prospective students regarding study-abroad opportunities.

Follow up with prospective students, partners, and leads.

Monitor market trends and identify current business opportunities.





Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, conversions, and partnerships.

Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Confident personality with a target-oriented approach.

Ability to interact with schools, colleges, students, parents, and agents.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings and outreach activities.

Previous experience in business development, education counselling, sales, or outreach will be preferred.

Knowledge of study-abroad/overseas education is an advantage.

Compensation

₹15,000/month + Variable Incentives based on performance and business results.
