Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fertilizer sales targets for the assigned district.
- Prepare district-wise sales plans based on crop seasons, acreage, and market potential.
- Monitor primary sales to distributors/dealers and secondary sales to farmers.
- Identify recent markets, dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint and develop an effective dealer/distributor network.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Monitor dealer stock, credit, order placement, and product movement.
- Ensure proper product availability before peak crop seasons.
- Field Marketing & Farmer Engagement
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars, and product awareness programs.
- Demonstrate correct fertilizer application, dosage, timing, and benefits.
- Develop relationships with progressive farmers, farmer groups, FPOs, and agricultural institutions.
- Collect farmer feedback regarding product performance and market requirements.
- Team Management
- Supervise Sales Officers, Field Officers, and Sales Representatives in the district.
- Set individual targets and monitor daily/weekly field activities.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members and provide coaching.
- Review sales performance and take corrective action when required.
- Market Intelligence




- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, promotions, and market activities.
- Monitor crop acreage, sowing patterns, weather conditions, and seasonal fertilizer demand.
- Provide regular market reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Product Promotion
- Implement company promotional campaigns at the field level.
- Organize farmer demonstrations, dealer meetings, crop shows, and product campaigns.
- Ensure that marketing communication is technically accurate and compliant with applicable fertilizer regulations.
- Inventory & Sales Control
- Monitor district-level stock and avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
- Coordinate with distributors and logistics teams for timely product supply.
- Track outstanding payments and support collection from channel partners.
- Reporting & Administration
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and field activity reports.
- Prepare district sales forecasts and territory development plans.
- Maintain records of dealer visits, farmer meetings, demonstrations, complaints, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
