Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating packaging designs, print creatives, digital graphics, product creatives, social media content, and video content for our brands.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software, with a strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colors, and print production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and professional packaging designs for various products.
- Design labels, boxes, pouches, cartons, stickers, brochures, catalogues, and other print materials.
- Develop creatives for social media, websites, marketplaces, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Prepare designs according to printing and production requirements.
- Create product banners, promotional creatives, posters, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Work on product image editing, retouching, background removal, and image enhancement.
- Create designs and layouts using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, product videos, and promotional videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Make necessary design changes based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.




- Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for printing and digital use.
- Maintain organized files and editable source files for future use.

Required Skills

- CorelDRAW – Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory
- Packaging Design-Mandatory
- Print Design-Mandatory
- Product/Marketplace Creative Design
- Video Editing
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts, and branding
- Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, DPI, bleed, dielines, and print-ready files
- Good understanding of image editing and retouching
- Creative thinking and robust attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Print Design, or a similar role.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Consumer Products, Packaging, or Retail will be preferred.
