As a Developmental Educator, you will assess children's developmental needs, prepare individualized educational plans, and conduct structured intervention sessions to improve cognitive, academic readiness, social, behavioural, and adaptive skills.

You will work closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct developmental assessments

✅ Prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

✅ Plan and conduct one-to-one intervention sessions

✅ Develop cognitive, attention, memory and problem-solving skills

✅ Work on:

- Pre-writing
- Pre-reading
- School readiness
- Functional academics
- Adaptive behaviour
- Social skills
- Early learning concepts

✅ Maintain therapy documentation and progress reports

✅ Counsel and guide parents regarding home programs

✅ Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions

✅ Collaborate with therapists for holistic intervention planning

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
