Job Responsibilities

- Handle patient/customer calls, queries and service requests professionally.
- Provide information regarding diagnostic services, appointments, reports and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports and pending services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Center Manager, Doctors and Technical Teams.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Support patient feedback and customer satisfaction activities.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmation,



follow-ups and service promotion.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in customer care, telecalling or healthcare/diagnostic industry preferred.
- Excellent Hindi and positive English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Patient, polite and customer-focused approach.
