2–4 yrs backend: Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) 2–4 yrs frontend: React/JavaScript Hands-on prompt engineering for code generation Responsible use of coding agents — reviewing and owning AI output PostgreSQL and MongoDB Vector databases: pgvector or Chroma Full-stack architecture, API design, database design Strongly Preferred Multi-step agentic workflows with tool-calling and orchestration Hands-on RAG implementation and evaluations Fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, domain adaptation) Exposure to AI-driven test automation Cost-aware / resource-effective engineering on on-prem infrastructure Git, CI/CD, on-prem infrastructure (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
