Job Vacancy: Office Assistant / Office Boy

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant / Office Boy

to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with office administration and day-to-day office tasks.
- Purchase office supplies, stationery, refreshments, and other required materials.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials.
- Assist with authorized banking and official documentation activities.
- Maintain records of purchases, receipts, and expenses.
- Provide driving services for company staff and office-related activities.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, maintained, and operated safely.

Requirements:

- High School qualification or equivalent.
- Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving Licences (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Positive communication, organizational,



and time-management skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and familiar with local and Outstation routes.

Working Conditions

- Combination of office-based administrative work and field assignments.
- May be required to work beyond normal office hours when necessary.
- Frequent travel within the assigned operational area.

Note: The employee may be assigned additional duties reasonably related to the position as required by the organization.
