Sr. Executive-QMS

Job Description

- Implement and maintain QMS across the plant.
- Plan and manage internal & external audits and documentation.
- Ensure process integration and system alignment across divisions.
- Conduct product, process, and system audits.
- Identify gaps, drive CAPA, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Promote adherence to SOPs and quality manuals.
- Support continuous improvement through best-practice sharing and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience

- Min. 5 + years’ Experience in QA / QMS

Education Qualification

- 3 years Diploma / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e QMS, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical).

Tech/Prof. Qualification

Skills

- Leadership Quality & Team Managing Skills.
- Positive in implementing and managing QMS.
- Good knowledge of Process , Tools and Techniques.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
Problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis.
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles I.e Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
