Role Description

This is a full-time role for TGT & PGT Teachers specializing in various subjects. As a teacher, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans, educating students, assessing learning outcomes, and fostering a positive classroom environment.



You will use effective teaching methods to ensure student engagement and comprehension. Administrative responsibilities, including maintaining records and collaborating with colleagues and parents, are also part of the role. This is an on-site role based in Dumka.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
- A strong background in Education and Training to enable holistic student development
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in a structured yet flexible learning environment
- Proficiency in classroom management and the use of modern teaching aids

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
