- Hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Experience with Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, and INOVANCE PLCs.
- Hands-on experience in Servo Motor and Servo Drive projects.
- Experience in AC Drives / VFDs, including configuration, commissioning, parameterization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in motion-control applications, including positioning, indexing, synchronization, and speed control.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and machine sequences.
- Experience in HMI programming, including alarms, recipes, parameters, counters, and diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience integrating PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, AC Drives, sensors, encoders, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in PLC I/O configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in machine commissioning, installation, trial runs, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PLC, Servo, VFD, HMI, sensors, and communication systems.




- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet, CAN/CANopen, PROFINET, etc.
- Ability to read and understand electrical control drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in recent machine development, automation projects, and machine modifications.
- Experience in servo tuning, drive parameter setting, homing, positioning, and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
- Experience in machine cycle-time optimization and productivity improvement.
- Maintain PLC/HMI/Drive software backups and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently on commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
