Academic Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Mentor to support students in their academic journey by ensuring discipline, attendance, academic engagement, and timely completion of learning activities. The Academic Mentor will act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and parents, fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to student success.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor students' daily attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure timely distribution and collection of study materials, assignments, and practice papers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students regarding academic progress.
- Coordinate with faculty for class schedules, examinations, and academic activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and academic reports.
- Communicate with parents regarding attendance, performance, and behavioural concerns.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
- Support the smooth execution of examinations, doubt-clearing sessions, and other academic events.




- Ensure discipline and adherence to institutional policies.
- Assist the Centre Head in day-to-day academic operations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Student-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced academic environment.
