We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive client experience.
This role is suitable for freshers who have an interest in research publication and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on ongoing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct quality checks on published materials such as research articles, review papers, books, and other publications.
- Explain research publication services and available offerings to clients.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including the Editorial and Client Relationship teams.
Eligibility & Skills
- Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate / Postgraduate candidates; Science-related disciplines such as B.Sc., M.Sc., Pharmacy, etc. are preferred.
- Basic understanding or interest in Research Publication processes is an advantage.
- Positive communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
