Fibro Foods is seeking a hands-on and technically strong R&D; Executive to support the development and improvement of thermally processed Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) food products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and standardize recipes for RTE and RTC products
- Conduct product-development and application trials
- Perform sensory evaluation and product benchmarking
- Troubleshoot products and carry out reformulation
- Maintain accurate trial records, formulations and observations
- Collaborate with R&D;, production and application teams

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in food product development or thermal processing
- Hands-on and technically competent
- Passionate and curious about recipe development
- Good sensory-evaluation abilities
- Comfortable working in a food-manufacturing workplace
- Practical, creative and solution-oriented
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline preferred

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
