About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Identity amp; Access Management (IAM) to join our team. This role focuses on the implementation and governance of identity governance solutions using Saviynt, GCP, and Delinea technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering complex configurations and integrations, ensuring high-quality engineering and testing

What You'll Do:

- Translate architecture and business requirements into detailed technical designs, configuration specifications, and development tasks.
- Lead complex Saviynt workflow, connector, analytics, certification, entitlement catalog, and lifecycle implementations.
- Develop integrations between Saviynt,



GCP IAM, Delinea, and supporting enterprise platforms using APIs, scripts, rules, and data mappings.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) automation, service account governance, time-bound group access, custom GCP role lifecycle, and non-human identity (NHI) controls.
- Lead entitlement aggregation, ownership modeling, identity correlation, classification, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Perform code and configuration reviews, enforce reusable patterns, and improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Own unit testing and configuration validation; support System Integration Testing (SIT), security testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), remediation, and re-testing.
- Troubleshoot cross-system defects and integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare deployment packages, implementation procedures, rollback inputs, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Mentor engineers, estimate assigned work, track dependencies, and escalate delivery or technical risks.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong Saviynt EIC implementation experience across workflows, connectors, campaigns, analytics, and provisioning.
- Strong GCP IAM knowledge covering hierarchy, roles, groups, service accounts, and bindings.
- Hands-on experience with Delinea or PAM integration and credential governance.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting, data transformation, debugging, and secure integration practices.
- Knowledge of IAM governance, NHI security, access certification, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least privilege, and audit controls.
- Technical leadership, peer review, estimation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices.




- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured problem-solving and disciplined management of risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Comfort working in cross-functional, customer-facing, and globally distributed teams.
- The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, with typically 2 to 5 years of experience in software, IAM, cloud, or security engineering, demonstrating hands-on ownership of enterprise integrations.
- Preferred certifications in Saviynt, GCP, PAM, or security will be an advantage.
