We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.
Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: [Location]
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
- Support sales and customer retention activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
