Associate Legal

The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting skills, expertise in legal content creation, and comprehensive knowledge of various legal domains.

Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, and pleadings.
- Write and edit high-quality legal content for internal use, knowledge base, and external publications.
- Conduct thorough legal research and present findings in a clear and concise format.
- Assist senior legal professionals in case preparations, legal opinions, and client consultations.
- Stay updated with new laws, regulations, and legal trends across multiple legal areas.




- Provide legal input and advice to various internal departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in all legal documents.

Requirements:

- Candidate should relocate to NOIDA (Accomodation will be provided)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) .
- Proven experience in legal drafting and legal content writing.
- Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of Indian legal systems and multiple areas of law (civil, criminal, corporate, labor, etc.).
- Proficient in using legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
