Duties

- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to optimize ROI.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including copywriting for ads, blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress; perform website updates and ensure technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL where necessary.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design needs; develop visual assets for campaigns.




- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates through targeted email marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ads to enhance conversion optimization efforts.
- Track industry trends in digital marketing to continuously refine strategies for performance marketing, paid search marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of SEO tools, web analytics reporting, and campaign setup.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Google Tag Manager, and website management tools.
- Familiarity with SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to streamline campaign workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous but not required.
