Responsibilities:

- Prepare RA Bills / Running Account Bills based on actual site progress.
- Take and verify site measurements for completed civil works.
- Prepare Measurement Sheets (MS) and Measurement Books (MB).
- Check executed quantities against the BOQ and approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ quantity tracking and reconciliation.
- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements before payment processing.
- Prepare quantity variation and deviation statements.
- Prepare extra item bills and rate analysis for non-BOQ items.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients for bill certification.
- Check contract rates, deductions, taxes, retention, and other recoveries in bills.
- Maintain proper records of work orders,



measurements, bills, and approvals.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements and monitor material consumption.
- Track bill submission, certification, and payment status.
- Identify quantity discrepancies and ensure accurate billing and cost control.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and project quantity/cost reports for management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
