About the Role
We're hiring an Internal Auditor to evaluate our internal controls, financial processes, and compliance procedures. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk management and drive process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute internal audits across departments
- Review internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
- Verify financial records and transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Identify control gaps and prepare audit reports with clear recommendations
- Track implementation of corrective actions
- Support statutory/external audit requirements
- Help build and maintain audit checklists and SOPs
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–4 years of experience in internal audit, accounts, or finance
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and audit procedures
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tally/SAP is a plus
- Sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple audits independently within deadlines
Nice to Have
- Pursuing or qualified CA/CS
- Prior experience in an audit firm or internal audit function
