Are you passionate about recruitment, connecting with people, and finding the right talent?

We’re looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and grow with us!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai & other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, BGV & joining formalities
- Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:





- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
