Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Platform, App Engine, UI, Mobile, Integrations, AI)

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Pune, India (Remote-hybrid as per project need)

Job Overview:
Develop high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform: ITSM features, UI Builder/Now Experience, App Engine, Mobile, Virtual Agent, Generative AI/Now Assist, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build forms, lists, client/server scripts, Flow Designer actions, App Engine Studio apps
- Develop UI Builder pages, workspaces, components; Mobile cards & features
- Implement Virtual Agent topics, NLU models; configure Now Assist experiences
- Create integrations using IntegrationHub (REST/SOAP/JDBC), transform maps, MID Server
- Configure SLAs, Catalog Items, Approvals, Notifications
- Write ATF tests; follow coding standards, performance best practices, secure ACL design

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Robust JavaScript (Glide API), client/server scripting, business rules, Script Includes
- Experience with UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Exposure to Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence/GenAI (Now Assist), Performance Analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of CSDM/CMDB, HRSD pages, Employee Center, Mobile Branding




- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, update-set governance, ATF coverage

Certifications (Mandatory):

- Mandatory: CSA
- Mandatory: CIS – at least one relevant module (CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑HR, CIS‑App Engine, CIS‑CSM – as applicable)

Soft Skills:

- Problem solving and clean code discipline
- Documentation and collaborative delivery with BA/QA
