- Check the health and availability of IT systems and networks.
- Resolve employee IT support tickets and technical problems.
- Monitor security alerts, backups, and system performance.
- Install or update software and hardware.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset and license records.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and technical services.
- Perform or verify data backups.
- Maintain IT documentation and prepare management reports.
- Recommend technology improvements where appropriate.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
