WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our growing NBFC company.

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Managing attendance, leave, and employee records
- Coordinating payroll and HR operations
- Employee engagement and retention
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements
- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace concerns
- Supporting manpower planning for business growth

Requirements:

- Previous experience in HR and recruitment
- Experience in the BFSI/NBFC/Banking sector will be preferred




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle recruitment and day-to-day HR operations independently
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Position: Full-time
Experience: 2–5+ years preferred
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
