REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with strong knowledge of land and site surveying for real estate projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- 5–15 Years of Relevant Surveying Experience
- Relevant Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
- Strong Knowledge of Land and Site Surveying
- Experience in handling surveying work for real estate projects
- Good Knowledge of Surveying Instruments and Techniques
- Ability to take accurate measurements and prepare survey reports
- Ability to read and understand site plans and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination with site and project teams
- Qualified, responsible and result-oriented approach





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct land and site surveys for real estate projects
- Take accurate measurements and maintain survey records
- Prepare and maintain survey reports and related documentation
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects and site teams
- Check site measurements and levels as required
- Assist in setting out and marking for project execution
- Ensure accuracy of surveying work and site measurements
- Report any discrepancies or site-related issues to the concerned team
