Job Role: Field Service Executive – Medical Claims
Salary: ₹15,000 Gross/month
Experience: 0–2 years preferred
Location: Raipur
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities for medical claim-related work.
- Collect and verify medical documents and claim-related information.
- Coordinate with hospitals, patients, and insurance/TPA teams.
- Conduct field verification as required and submit reports on time.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Own bike and valid driving licence compulsory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations.
- Prior experience in medical claims/healthcare/TPA will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
