What we are looking for:

We need someone who can take ownership of our social media and content creation — not just schedule/post content, but also come up with creative ideas, create engaging content and help drive customer traction.

Key responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels and stories
- ⁠ ⁠Handle social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads
- ⁠ ⁠Edit videos and create engaging short-form content
- ⁠ ⁠Come up with unique and creative content ideas to increase reach and engagement
- ⁠ ⁠Research trends and identify content formats that can work for our audience
- ⁠ ⁠Develop hooks, scripts, captions and content concepts
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing
- ⁠ ⁠Experiment with different content and growth strategies
- ⁠ ⁠Track basic performance metrics and understand what content is working
- ⁠ ⁠Convert product features, use cases and customer problems into interesting content
- ⁠ ⁠Work independently from idea → creation → editing → publishing → analysis
- Skills required:
- ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content




- ⁠ ⁠Good video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar)
- ⁠ ⁠Valuable understanding of what makes Reels/content engaging
- ⁠ ⁠Robust creative thinking and ability to generate ideas independently
- ⁠ ⁠Good visual sense and storytelling ability
- ⁠ ⁠Good communication and writing skills
- ⁠ ⁠Proactive, experimental and execution-oriented

Good to have:

- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience growing social media accounts
- ⁠ ⁠Experience working with startups/technology companies
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Canva/Figma
- ⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of social media analytics and customer acquisition
- ⁠ ⁠Experience creating UGC-style/talking-head/educational content

Important: We are particularly looking for candidates who have a strong portfolio of Reels/videos/social media work. We want someone who can bring ideas to the table and experiment with different approaches to generate actual reach, engagement and customer traction.
