- - 6. Handling quality complaints.

Key Skills and Qualification:-

- - B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry , preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry .

- 1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab .

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 , ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.

- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation .
