4 - 10 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales, preferably in capital goods, engineering products, commercial laundry, hospitality equipment, healthcare equipment or related industries. Robust project and institutional sales exposure with an established network in the assigned market.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Marketing or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Developing business and sales opportunities across the assigned territory.

Identifying upcoming hotel, hospital and commercial projects and engaging with key stakeholders at an early stage.

Establishing relationships with developers, hotel groups, hospital groups, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.

Generating and qualifying projects leads and developing them through order closure.

Working with project stakeholders to get company products specified wherever possible.

Monitoring construction, expansion, and renovation projects to identify new opportunities.

Building local market and channel support where required.





Maintaining accurate project pipelines, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.

Achieving assigned sales objectives and supporting overall territory growth.

Travelling within the assigned territory for customer and project visits.

Performing other duties assigned by management or supervisor as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Proven experience in project, institutional or solution-based selling.

Existing professional networks among relevant customers and project stakeholders.

Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.

Ability to independently develop new accounts and territories.

Candidates who are locally born and brought up and well settled in the assigned city will be preferred.

Candidates with their own conveyance shall be preferred.
