Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Civil to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed correctly as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, BOQ and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities and manage work fronts.
- Read, understand and interpret Supervisor ing drawings and designs and ensure their correct implementation at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, suppliers and project management teams.
- Monitor quantities, measurements, material consumption and site progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and measurement data.
- Ensure quality, safety and proper utilization of manpower, materials and machinery.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings/designs and actual site conditions and promptly report/escalate them.
- Assist with quantity calculations, BOQ verification,



measurements and RA bills.
- Coordinate survey/layout work and ensure correct levels, dimensions and alignment.
- Support planning and timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant site experience; highway/infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and implement designs at site.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements and civil construction practices.
- Working knowledge MS Excel preferred.
- Good site coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations and travel as required.

Experience in NHAI/MoRTH highway construction, road rehabilitation, structures or related infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,157.88 - ₹45,393.61 per month
