Position: Interior Designer / Interior Site Execution Engineer
Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage interior execution activities at construction sites.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions as per drawings.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Inspect the quality of civil, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical, and other interior works.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and utilization at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Monitor contractor and workforce activities to ensure proper execution.
- Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design,



Interior Site Execution, or Construction Site Management.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Interior Designers with hands-on construction site experience are preferred.
- Civil Engineers who have worked under Interior Designers or have handled interior execution at construction sites are also eligible.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, construction methods, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand interior/architectural drawings and specifications.
- Valuable knowledge of site measurements and basic estimation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
