Mrs India International Queen is looking for a Skilled and Experienced Website Designer & Developer who can manage websites end-to-end - from converting Figma/PSD/Lovable designs into responsive websites to development, speed optimization, SEO, server setup, and deployment.

Responsibilities

- Convert Figma, PSD, XD, Lovable and other designs into responsive websites.
- Develop and customize websites using WordPress and different page builders/editors such as Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, etc.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Build mobile-first, responsive and SEO-friendly websites.
- Optimize websites for Google PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals.
- Troubleshoot WordPress, plugin, coding and website performance issues.
- Handle hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, domain migration and email configuration.
- Identify and resolve basic server and hosting issues.
- Implement basic technical SEO best practices while developing websites.
- Take ownership of projects from design to development and final deployment.

- Ability to troubleshoot and find the root cause of technical issues.
- Comfortable handling a project from Design → Development → SEO → Optimization → Deployment.

Portfolio Required

Please share 2–3 websites you have personally developed, preferably with examples of websites where you improved speed/Core Web Vitals.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
