BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGER

Seven Magpie Productions is growing, and we're looking for someone who can help us grow the business and the team behind it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Bring in business.

- Find brands, founders, marketing teams and agencies we should be talking to
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Lead personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Follow up, build relationships and turn conversations into meetings
- Help convert opportunities into shoots and long-term clients
- Keep an eye on what's happening in the beauty, FMCG, D2C and hospitality space

Build the team.

- Own our hiring pipeline
- Find, screen and interview great talent
- Build a network of freelancers and full-time talent
- Help us hire ahead of our growth

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a list of leads every morning.

We want someone who can spot opportunities,



start conversations and make things happen.

YOU'LL FIT IN IF YOU:

→ Have 3-6 years of experience in BD, sales, marketing or a creative/production environment
→ Understand how brands and marketing teams work
→ Are genuinely good at talking to people
→ Can write a great outreach message
→ Are persistent with follow-ups
→ Are highly organised
→ Take initiative without waiting for instructions
→ Actually enjoy the thrill of landing a current client

Experience in creative agencies, production houses, content studios, digital agencies or brand-side marketing is a big plus.

Mumbai | Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
