Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to credit card applications, transactions, and account management.
Review and process credit card applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct credit assessments and risk evaluations for applicants.
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
