We need a polite and active Telecaller for our medical clinic. You will talk to patients on the phone. You will answer their questions, book appointments, and make follow-up calls. Your goal is to help patients feel cared for and keep the doctor's schedule organized.Key ResponsibilitiesBook Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient visits over the phone.Handle Inbound Calls: Answer patient questions about clinic timings, doctor availability, and basic services.Make Outbound Calls: Call patients for follow-ups, health check-up reminders, or missed appointments.Maintain Records: Write down patient details, visit notes, and feedback accurately in our computer or register.Support Clinic Staff: Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to ensure smooth daily operations.Requirements & SkillsEducation: 12th pass or graduation.Communication: Transparent, polite, and friendly voice with good local language and basic English skills.Experience: Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication can apply.Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers or smartphone apps to log patient data.

Pay: ₹8,664.25 - ₹31,314.36 per month
