Job Description – Project Manager (MMU)

Project: Child Survival India – MMU Project
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
No. of MMUs: 2
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Program Director / Director – Programs, CSI

Key Responsibilities

- Overall supervision and management of 2 Mobile Medical Units (MMUs).
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly MMU schedules and ensure smooth field operations.
- Supervise MMU staff including Medical Officer, ANM/Staff Nurse, Pharmacist and Lab Technician.
- Monitor OPD, health screening, diagnostics, health awareness, referral and follow-up activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly project targets and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with local communities, government health facilities and other stakeholders for beneficiary mobilization and referrals.
- Monitor medicines, lab items, equipment, vehicle and other project assets.
- Ensure proper maintenance of registers, patient records, MIS, photographs and other project documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports,



activity updates and MIS to the Program Office within timelines.
- Conduct regular field visits to both MMUs and identify/resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with CSI and donor guidelines and support monitoring/donor visits.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in health/CSR/community development projects.
- Experience in managing MMU/health projects and field teams will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting and MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Jaipur project areas.
