Hiring: Customer Success Associate – Special Que (Blended Process)

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an International BFSI Blended Process involving both voice and chat support.

The role focuses on providing specialised customer support related to taxation, investment reports, financial statements, and European tax-related requirements.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Days
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts
- Cab Facility: Available within the hiring zone

Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate
- Preferred Background: Commerce / Finance
- Experience: Minimum 6–12 months mandatory experience in BFSI + Taxation
- Prior experience in taxation, tax documentation, or investment tax reporting is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Comfortable handling both voice calls and concurrent chat sessions




- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Ability to explain financial and taxation concepts clearly
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced fintech workplace

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and chats professionally.
- Assist customers with queries related to:
- Annual tax certificates
- Capital gains
- Dividend tax withholdings
- Provide accurate information related to financial products and European tax requirements such as VAT and WHT.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining productivity and service quality.
- Achieve defined KPIs, including AHT and Quality Scores.
