Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, leave, attendance, and other HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.




- Lead and manage the HR team while supporting overall business requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or sales-driven industry.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
