About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5 to 8 years of proven experience to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. This is a full-time role based in Madurai with work from office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Manage content creation and digital assets, collaborating with designers, content writers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign success.
- Lead, mentor,



and collaborate with the digital marketing team to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
- Report regularly on digital marketing performance to senior management and recommend adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
- Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns and teams.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
