The European Street is looking to hire a talented bakery chef for the Una (Himachal Pradesh) location.

Job Title: Bakery Chef

Location: Una, HP

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in professional bakery operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of the new bakery project, including menu design, kitchen setup, and operational workflows.
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products: cakes, pastries, biscuits, donuts, breads, and other specialty items.
- Innovate and develop new recipes to differentiate the bakery’s offerings.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products.
- Manage ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Uphold hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff or assistants.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Expertise in cake decoration, pastry techniques, bread-making, biscuit varieties, and donut preparation.




- Strong knowledge of baking science, ingredients, and equipment.
- Project planning and execution skills for setting up a new bakery venture.
- Creativity in designing seasonal and customized bakery products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
- Leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred).
- Proven track record in established bakeries, hotels, or patisseries.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary—INR 25000 to INR 50000/- dependent on experience and skills
