We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales & Commercial to support sales operations, distributor coordination, commercial activities, and sales reporting. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team
- Manage and maintain distributor and dealer records
- Coordinate with distributors and sales officers for orders and product availability
- Monitor sales targets, actual sales, and market performance
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Production teams for timely product supply
- Monitor stock availability and product movement
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding billing, outstanding payments, credit limits, and collections
- Verify sales orders, invoices, schemes, discounts, and commercial documents
- Maintain accurate sales and commercial records in ERP / Excel
- Support sales schemes, promotions, and distributor settlements
- Track distributor performance and identify operational issues
- Coordinate with field sales teams and resolve day-to-day commercial issues
- Prepare management reports and support business analysis




- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures

Qualification

- Any Degree
- MBA in Sales / Marketing / Finance / Business Administration will be an added advantage

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Commercial / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations
- Experience in Dairy / FMCG industry preferred
