About the company

Avanya Global is not your typical e-commerce company. We run the online-store and back-office operations for a US business - and we run them on automation. Over the last few years we have automated work across almost every department: daily reporting, inventory, pricing, customer service and more, using smart dashboards and AI tools. We are still building, and that is exactly where you come in.

About the role

This is not a data-entry job. You will run the day-to-day operations of our online stores AND work hands-on with the automation dashboards that power them - using them every day, spotting what can be better, and helping us build and manage new ones. You do not need to be a programmer. If you are sharp, curious, reliable and willing to learn, we will train you on everything, including the AI tools we use.

Most of all, we want someone who wants to settle into one company and grow with it - not a stop-gap job. Someone we can trust to own their work and get it right without being chased. As we automate more, the right person grows into a bigger role.

What you will do:

- Run the daily operations of our online stores (listings, orders, inventory)

- Work with our automation dashboards - use them, check them, and flag what can be improved

- Help build and manage new automation alongside the team (full training given)

- Keep records and reports clean in Google Sheets

- Handle basic customer messages and follow-ups





- Catch and flag errors before they become problems

What we are looking for:

- Dependable and trustworthy, looking for a long-term, secure position

- Takes work seriously, finishes it properly, and can be trusted to work independently

- Curious and quick to pick up new tools and systems

- Basic Google Sheets (data entry and simple formulas) - required

- Basic comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT - required; we will teach you the rest

- Good written and spoken English (all work is in English)

- Based in Nashik or able to commute to Anandvalli daily

Nice to have (not required):

- Advanced Google Sheets, automation, or AI tool experience

- Any prior e-commerce or back-office experience
