- Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Prepare job cards and record customer requirements.
- Explain repair estimates, service requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Technicians for timely job completion.
- Monitor vehicle repair and service progress.
- Coordinate with Parts and other departments.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend required repairs.
- Keep customers updated on job status.
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Prepare invoices and complete service documentation.
- Conduct delivery and explain completed work to customers.
- Follow Mahindra service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
